The recently built apartment with
its private entrance has a
living
room with open kitchen (20 m2), air-conditioning, with
a dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, microwave and fridge. TV/DVD/CD/Telephone/WIFI.
There are
2 Provencal
bedrooms:
Bedroom 1
(air
conditioned): 24 m2 with a king size bed
2x 90x200, its own shower room with wash-bowl, a baby bed (60x110) and chest of
drawers.
Bedroom 2
(air
conditioned): 16 m2,
rather elegant, king size bed 2x90x200, shower room
with wash-bowl and its own separate toilet.

The second toilet is in the
entrance hall.
There is a
40 m2 terrace
with a large
umbrella which leads to a rustic
“cuisine d’été” close to the
swimming pool. This outside kitchen has its sink, fridge, gas cooker
and planchas.
Outside tables and chairs.
The
apartment for 4 persons can be rented separately in mid and low
season. Ideal for an active holiday e.g. to play golf or ride a bike!
