The villa and apartment are situated
on land of
4000 m2 where you find a lovely garden with abundant
flowers, a play area and toys for children (swings etc.), a jeu de boules court that can be
lit at night, table tennis, room to park 3 cars and of course the swimming pool. |
With its generous size of 4.5 x 11.7m
the swimming pool offers great swimming pleasure with sun the entire
day. Its depth ranges from 1.1 to 2.3 m. Around the
pool you find a large number of loungers and umbrellas.
For security, the pool is fenced and has a gate with a security lock.
For the early or late season (May and September) there is a cover to guard the water
temperature overnight. |
